User Data Deletion
This page explains how users of My Synq Hub can request the deletion of their personal data and account-related information.
1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data in one of the following ways:
- directly from your account settings within My Synq Hub, if the feature is available;
- by contacting us at info@mysynqhub.com and clearly stating your deletion request.
2. What data may be deleted
Depending on your use of the platform, deletion may include:
- your account profile information;
- authentication-related account data;
- posts, messages, uploaded content, or other user-generated data associated with your account, where applicable;
- preferences and account settings.
3. What data may be retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where necessary for:
- legal obligations;
- security and fraud prevention;
- dispute handling or enforcement of our legal rights;
- backup retention cycles and technical recovery constraints.
Where full deletion is not immediately possible, data may be securely restricted, archived for a limited period, or anonymized where appropriate.
4. Processing delay
We process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Some deletions may occur immediately, while others may require additional processing time depending on system constraints, backups, or legal requirements.
5. Confirmation
Where appropriate, we may confirm that your request has been received and processed. We may also request proof of identity before acting on a deletion request if this is necessary to protect account security.
6. Facebook-connected data
If you connected your account or interacted with My Synq Hub through Facebook-related features, you may also request deletion of the data associated with that use through the same contact channel: info@mysynqhub.com.
